The reservations center recommended to access the link using Google Chrome, they explained on Edge etc. it doesn’t work very well.

"It is 200 USD per night for single rooms. But the link adds the resort fee taxes, which is not mandatory. Resort fee is a national tax for guests in leisure and is not charged for groups. They’ll reserve using the link, fill in their credit card details and when the group arrives our front desks will not charge this $15.00."
