The shuttle will pick up at the Westin Hotel at the Group Entrance at 3:40pm. If you are driving to the venue please arrive at 4:15. The returning shuttle will arrive at the venue at 9:15pm to take you back to the Westin hotel. There is parking at the Westin hotel, not sure how much it costs, but you can park there and take the shuttle with the group if you are not staying at the hotel.
