Our Wedding

Please note that this is your weekend too.If you do not want to participate in an activity or you just want to hang out, that is up to you. Just make sure you come to the ceremony.

Friday May 29th

3pm - Arrival and camp set up6pm - Ceremony Rehearsal 7pm - Potluck Dinner in reception site Friday is just a set up and hang out night.

Saturday May 30th

3pm - Ceremony on beach of site 1313:30pm - Pictures &amp; cocktail hour begins4:30pm - Introductions &amp; first dance5pm - Dinner is served6pm - Party!!11pm - Shut down/quiet time

Sunday May 31st

9am - Pancake breakfast served by the Hinds11am - Campsites must be cleaned and fully packed up by 11am. Hang out on the beach after if you are not ready to go back to reality yet!

﻿Our goal is to have a laid back and personal wedding with everyone we hold dear. Please be aware that it is not going to be incredibly fancy, we just want everyone together for our special day. There are a few things that you need to be aware of.....

-We have decided to not have a sit down dinner, since we are just at the campsite. Please bring your own chair to sit on. (We will provide chairs to those that are travelling here from off the island if needed)

-This is a kid free wedding, no exceptions! We are already over what we are allowed for capacity.

We are doing an open self serve bar that opens Saturday at 2:30pm and the shot bar opens after dinner.

Please be aware that it is a 2 and a half hour drive from the airport/Victoria ferry, through a windy mountain road with no cell service.

Due to capacity sizes we are not doing plus 1's. It is only the names listed on the invitations that are invited.

-We are going rain or shine, please dress accordingly as we are outside.

--Please be aware that the bathrooms are outhouses. They are not the cleanest or very accessible with the big step if you have issues.

Campsite Assignment

We just want everyone to be comfortable, so we are not pushing a dress code. If you want to wear a dress, have at it. If you want to show up in a Stanfield and jeans, go for it. Comfort is key. Please just keep in mind that it will be windy, there is always a chance it might rain, and it will definitely get cold later on. We are ocean side, just keep that in mind.

Please bring a hat if its sunny, a coat if its chilly and raining. We do not have a cover, so we are at the mercy of mother nature. Please plan accordingly.

We are staying at the South Beach of Pacheedaht campgrounds. If you are putting it into google maps, search Pacheedaht campground free day use parking. It will take you right there.
