The AC Hotel shuttle is available from 7:00am–11:00pm for airport pickup and individual requests within 5 miles. We encourage guests arriving at Des Moines International Airport during hours of operation to contact the hotel by calling

515-518-6060 to schedule a pickup. The shuttle service is based on our availability.

The AC has a variety of parking options, including our on-site parking garage and a city ramp directly across the street. Guests are required to park in our loading zone and check in at the front desk, in order to receive room keys and a parking pass for on-site parking, if applicable. Validation is not available for any public parking provided by the city of Des Moines
