If your plans change after you have filled out the RSVP, you are able to make changes to your choices anytime before the RSVP deadline.

To keep our wedding intimate to our favorite people, your invitation will indicate when you RSVP if you have a plus one. Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate children who are a part of the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Upon entering, you'll go through a large iron gate. After pulling into the gravel parking lot, please park on the right side of the lot. The entrance to the venue is through the breezeway. Look for our signs!

Our venue's parking lot is locked after the event and opens the next morning. So, if you are planning on drinking, you are able to either leave your vehicle in the locked parking lot and Uber home (there are many Ubers and Lyfts in Missoula), or just Uber to / from the venue.

For parking in downtown Missoula, use this link for parking lot information. Parking is free after 5 PM on weekdays and on weekends/ holidays.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests can arrive as early as 3:30, which is when our bar opens as well. Please plan to be seated by 3:55 for an on time ceremony start.

We plan to party in style! Please wear semi-formal cocktail attire. No denim or baseball hats, please. Our wedding colors are fall earth tones if you would like to match our theme.

We are planning for the ceremony to be held outside on a golf course. Ladies, aim for flats or block heels to prevent sinking into the grass!

Dinner will be held inside the barn, and dancing will be on the outdoor patio. Weather depending, we will have outdoor heaters, but please plan accordingly.

We are excited to host a whole weekend of fun things for our guests to do while they visit. As our weekend gets closer, we will email our guests with any updated information / reminders.

For the Paddleheads baseball game, please use the RSVP link so we can secure you a ticket. The stadium is fully outdoors. This game will be the last of the Paddlehead's regular season games. This event is not catered, so any concessions or alcohol you would like are on you.

For the Welcome cocktail party, please RSVP so we can plan on patio setup. The patio is outdoor, with some shaded areas and umbrellas. Cranky Sam is our favorite brewery with delicious food, craft beer, and quality cocktails. Guests are responsible for their own food / drinks. Due to the large number of guests in our space rental, each tab will have a 22% automatic gratuity added. We rented out the whole patio for us to visit and to welcome you to Missoula! The event has a hard 5:00 cutoff time for the restaurant to open to the public. After 5 PM, the patio will open to the public. After the event is over, walk around downtown to experience First Friday by checking out the shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The best places to park are the Caras park parking lots, street parking downtown, or the Main St. parking garage. Parking is $1/hour at this time, and free after 5 PM.
