When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 1, 2026!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?
Yes! The ceremony and reception will be indoors with heating/cooling! However, the cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather dependent) with heaters provided. The weather is expected to cool off quite a bit in the evening so please dress accordingly!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. All guests should arrive by 5:15 pm to ensure enough time to park and/or find your seat!
Will there be transportation to and from the ceremony and reception?
Yes! There will be transportation provided to all guests from designated pick up areas beginning at 4:30 pm to and from the The Farm at Old Edward's for the ceremony and reception. The designated pick up areas will be 200 Main, 16 Church Street, Trailborn Highlands, and Park on Main... all in downtown Highlands! Transportation will run consistently throughout the night between The Farm and designated pick-up/drop off destinations. The final bus will depart at 11:00 pm from The Farm.
Can I Uber to and from the ceremony and reception?
Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft will not be available for any event in Highlands. It is HIGHLY recommended to utilize the provided transportation, or plan accordingly to drive to event locations! Cars can not be left overnight at The Farm so please plan accordingly if you plan to drive to the wedding ceremony and reception.
When should I reserve my stay, and is there a block code?
We HIGHLY recommend booking as early as possible! Spring is a popular time in Highlands, and hotels tend to book up quickly. Unfortunately, we do not offer block codes for most of the hotel options. We have a small room block at Old Edwards Inn. If you are interested in more information on the room block please reach out to the bride or groom. We have listed our recommendations on our website under the "travel" tab!
What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?
The attire for our wedding ceremony and reception is black tie optional! It is recommended for men to wear dark suits or tuxedos, and for women to wear floor length or elevated cocktail dresses.
Are children invited to the wedding?
As much as we love kids, this will be an adults only event! We welcome all parents to relax and enjoy the weekend celebrating with us!
Who is invited to the welcome party?
All guests are invited to come celebrate the night before the big day with us at our welcome party! The welcome party is hosted in downtown Highlands, and is walkable from all of the hotels listed on the website!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! If you prefer to drive yourself there is parking right outside the ceremony and reception venue that you may utilize. Cars can not be left overnight at The Farm so please plan accordingly if you plan to drive.
