Chloe and Nathan had their first date on the rooftop of HG Sply Co. in Dallas. Thunder and lightning shut down the bar, but it didn't stop them. They sat through the rain and talked for nearly 4 hours. Chloe's roommate had sent a million texts concerned that she might need to call the cops. Obviously it went very well, even though Chloe had to be the one to make the first move on their second date. They made it "official" not too long after!

Chloe brought Nathan back to California for Christmas to meet her family. Of course they instantly loved him!

Nathan brought Chloe on a ski trip to Breckenridge with his college friends and their spouses. Nathan invented a new way to ski moguls by sliding down on his butt.

They attended the weddings of many of their close friends over the next couple of years.

They celebrated their 1 year anniversary at the restaurant where they had their first date.

Nathan was truly initiated into the Rogers family when he traveled to California with Chloe to commemorate her grandpa, The Chief, and his life. He met every family member, friend of the family, and then some. Of course they all loved him!

They compared their college experiences when Chloe took Nathan to his first ever SMU Boulevard and Nathan took Chloe to the Big12 Championship game. Pony up!

Pastor Nathan got ordained so he could marry their friends Tom & Melissa. Chloe wasn't much of a church-girl until she heard his moving ceremony speech.

With some encouragement from Chloe, Nathan decided he needed to get a dog, so in October they drove up to Missouri to pick up their new baby, Biggie Smalls.

The dogs got to meet their Grandma and Grandpa Weisert for the first time in Minnesota for Thanksgiving.

They packed up their dogs and road tripped from Dallas to California to spend Christmas with her family. Biggie saw the ocean for the first time, but he wasn't impressed.

They moved in to a new apartment together in Deep Ellum, bringing all three of their pets with them.

Chloe met the rest of the Weisert clan at Nathan's cousin's wedding, she probably should have made some flashcards so she could remember all cousins' names!

Nathan organized a surprise party for Chloe's 27th birthday back at the bar where they had their first date. It was an extra special surprise when he got down on one knee! Chloe's answer was "Absolutely yes!"

They packed up Biggie, Leo, and Scout and made one last road trip out to California to live in San Diego. The dogs clearly aren't mad about the nice weather and boat days.
