Yes, we will provide shuttles from the hotels to both the wedding venue and the reception. For those who wish to stay on campus after the ceremony, the shuttles will stop on campus near the basilica to pick up guests on the way to cocktail hour. We will also provide return shuttle services to the after party and hotels after the reception starting at 9:00pm. Guests will be responsible for transportation from the after party.

Yes, you will need to let the entrance security guard on campus know that you are attending the Cugliari/Kaehler wedding at the Basilica, and he/she will direct you to the appropriate parking lot.

The wedding ceremony will begin at 11am sharp. The cocktail hour at the plaza near the Palais Royale will begin at 4:30pm. We will have shuttles picking guests up from the hotels at 4:10pm and from the basilica at the university campus at 4:15pm.

Our dress code is somewhere in between cocktail attire and formal attire. Whether you want to wear a formal gown, a cocktail dress, or a suit, we just want you to feel your best.

The cocktail hour is outdoors, on the plaza just outside of the Palais Royale ballroom. We will move indoors after cocktail hour for the reception at 5:30pm.

There will be passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. There will be a plated dinner during the wedding reception with several options. We'll also have late night snacks as the reception is winding down. We will also have an open bar for the entire cocktail hour and reception.
