WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide the vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While we will send our reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We'd love to see our loved ones get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire! Please no jeans :)

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on our wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the ceremony. We have hired incredible photographers and videographers to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do." However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise!

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony will be held at Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Wharton NJ. The address is listed under "ceremony" on the wedding website home page. Ceremony start time is at 2:30PM, and we ask guests to arrive at 2:00PM. The Church is around 7 minutes away from the hotel that we have blocked rooms at. The cocktail hour and reception will both be held at the venue Bear Brook Valley. Address is listed under "reception" on the home page of the wedding website. Cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor. There is plenty of room indoors for everyone in case of inclement weather. The cocktail hour will be held on the bottom floor white the reception will be held on the second floor. There is an elevator if needed.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Please arrive at the church NO later than 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, mingle, and find your seat.

IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?

Yes! There is room for multiple cars to park at the venue and the church. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing uber, carpooling with a sober individual, or utilizing the hotel shuttle. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner! :)

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

YES! Please party and plan accordingly and have a way to get home safe. If staying at the hotel which has rooms blocked, there will be a shuttle to and from the venue.

IS THERE A HOTEL NEARBY?

Yes! We have created a room block at the Courtyard Marriot in Rockaway/Mt. Arlington. Address is as follows: 15 Howard Boulevard Mt. PLEASE mention that you are a guest of the McCoy/Fazzini wedding to get the discounted rate and breakfast included!

WHEN CAN I CHECK INTO THE HOTEL?

Check in time for the hotel is 3pm. Although ceremony time is at 2:30PM, there will be plenty of time to check into the hotel after the ceremony and before cocktail hour, or after the reception upon arrival to the hotel. If you arrive to the area early, there may be rooms available to check in earlier than the 3:00PM check in time, but that is first come first serve, and not guaranteed. The ceremony will end at approximately 3:30PM, and the shuttle will leave the hotel to go to the venue around 5pm for a 5:30pm start.

WILL THERE BE A SHUTLE FROM THE HOTEL?

Yes! We will have a shuttle to the venue from the hotel, and back to the hotel from the venue. SHUTTLES LEAVE HOTEL AT 5PM

HOW FAR AWAY IS THE CHURCH FROM THE VENUE AND HOTEL?

From the hotel to the church is approximately 6 minutes. From the hotel to the venue is approximately 26 minutes.

DOES THE HOTEL PROVIDE BREAKSFAST

Yes! There will a small breakfast that will be held in the hotel's private ball room.

WHAT DO WE DO IN BETWEEN CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL HOUR?

We slotted an appropriate amount of time in between ceremony time and cocktail hour so that we can get pictures taken with family and each other. This allows for us to mingle and enjoy the rest of the night together without rushing through pictures! Only bridal parties and immediate family can come straight to the venue from the ceremony. Options: head to the hotel to check into your room, then grab a drink at the hotel bar! If you did not book a room at the hotel, you can still drive to the hotel lobby and mingle/ grab a drink. The shuttles will be leaving the hotel around 5:00PM and they only leave one time. There is enough room on the shuttles to accommodate every guest attending the wedding. If you do not plan on taking the hotel shuttle, O'Reilly's Pub and Grill is 11 minutes from the venue. I suggest you do not eat because there will be PLENTY of food at cocktail hour and dinner.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHUTTLE LEAVE?

There will be 3 shuttle busses at the hotel, they will all arrive at 4:50 and leave at 5pm. There will be an early bus that bring people back to hotel at 10:30, the other two busses leave at 11pm from the venue.
