In order to secure your space, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per person is due no later than the following: Deposit Deadline: May 3, 2025.

After this deadline, space will be subject to availability.

Please note that space and rates are on a first come first serve basis. 40 seats/20 rooms are currently being held for the group and the rates are valid only for the first 40 guests, subject to availability. Should the group exceed 40 guests prior to the deadline, new rates will need to be requested for any additional guests.

IMPORTANT: All passengers will require a valid passport to travel, including infants. It is solely the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that you have valid and proper travel documentation.

On January 15th, 2023, the reform of Mexico's General Law on Tobacco Control, better known as the Anti Tobacco Law, entered into force. The new regulation extends smoke-free environments to all places considered to be highly attended, including outdoors, and prohibits the direct or indirect display of related products.

The approved measures establish that from now on, smoking is not allowed in patios, terraces, balconies, hotels, beaches, entertainment centers, restaurants, bars, among other spaces in the public sector, which must be complied with at all resort properties.

The Collection of Environmental Sanitation is a charge dedicated to the betterment of the local community operated by the government of Quintana Roo. This fee supports government investment in environmental infrastructure, sustainability and safety practices, among others.

The charge will be made for timeshare hotels, shared hotels, and accommodation facilities throughout the destination. Travelers can see the charge on their hotel bill at check-in or check-out. Environmental Tax is approximately $31 MXN Pesos per person per night. Payable locally directly to the hotel upon check in. Rates are subject to change.
