First day of school! Caroline and Chris begin their MBA program at Columbia Business School. They vow not to meet each other until a year and a half later.

Caroline organizes a Spring Break trip to Hawaii and Chris is invited through a mutual friend. He also joins Caroline and Becca on their girls' hiking trip to Joshua Tree ahead of Spring Break. He third wheels like a champ.

Caroline and Chris go on their unofficial first date in Hawaii to get shave ice while everybody else is packing to go home. Caroline plays it cool.

Caroline and Chris go on their *official* first date at the Chelsea Pier driving range in NYC. Chris wins the longest drive competition.

How'd that get in there?!

Chris & Caroline say "I love you" for the first time in Mallorca. They pretend it's their anniversary to get a good deal on the charcuterie.

Chris invites Caroline back home to Seattle to meet the Schlaepfer family, where they cheer on the best hockey team in the NHL and Chris convinces Caroline "it's always this sunny in Seattle!"

Caroline invites Chris home to partake in her family's annual Wine Weekend, where the Capponis teach him how they make wine per their Italian family tradition. Pictured: Caroline's dad giving Chris some constructive criticism as he operates the press.

Caroline and Chris head back to where it all began in Hawaii. They go to watch a sunrise at the beach, and when Chris gets down on one knee, Caroline immediately says "Are you proposing?!" Chris then finishes his proposal and she says yes :)
