How do I RSVP?

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation should indicate whether a plus one is provided. We want all our guests to have safe travels and be able to bring along a guest. We need an accurate headcount for all plus ones. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the us.

What happens if I forgot to RSVP?

We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by [RSVP deadline]. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your response by (----), we will be unable to accommodate you, as we need an accurate headcount for our big day. Thank you for your understanding!

Where do I park? Will I get assistance?

(No valet parking)

Is there shuttles or buses?

There will be a golf cart to shuttle guests who have a hard time standing or walking. This service is only from the parking entrance of the venue to the ceremony venue to the reception venue. There is not a shuttle or bus service from your hotel to the venue.

What is the wedding theme?

Our theme is called "Fairy Tale Escape." Christian and I love Disney, story telling, and fantasy. We decided to combine it all to make an adult version of classic fairytales such as stories from Han Christian Anderson, The Brothers Grimm, and Andrew Lang. There will be antique items, book pages, lights, and lots of florals. We encourage everyone to dress with this theme as much as possible. Think flowy dresses, satin rompers, and colorful pastel tuxedos.

What is the dress code?

Attire requested is cocktail. Please refer to the wedding theme for other details. We are looking for a fun night where everyone looks their best. While it is not a black tie event, we truly want everyone to embrace this dress code so our photographer can capture everyone in their best wear. Cocktail is the middle ground between black-tie and dressy casual wear. Please be comfortable in what you wear, whether it be long or short dresses, suit and tie, or fun romper. Our number one priority is that you are comfortable enough to dance the night away. Our wedding party will be in silk, satin, and/or tulle so feel free to add that to your guide. And obviously, we all know the rule: NO WHITE.

If you need a guide, please find two below. I added a Pinterest board of different ideas as well as a wedding blog.

Why is the wedding childfree (12+)?

While we adore all of your little ones, we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-focused event, with the exception of a few children who are close family. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take photos at your wedding?

We are kindly asking all guests to turn off all cameras and cellphones for the ceremony portion of the wedding. We have spent a good chunk of money on a professional photographer and videographer. Don't be that person please!

Will there be Dinner?

Yes, during the reception, there will be two appetizers, a salad, two entree’s, two sides and selection of bread.

Will there be alcohol?

There will be an open bar with a featured alcoholic beverage, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please feel free to tip the bartender!

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

The entire wedding will be outdoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket in case it gets chilly. In case of rain, there will be a covered area.

Do you have a registry?

Our registry is located on the registry tab. However, please do not feel like you need to get us anything. We know times are hard, we are okay with a card!

I have questions BEFORE the date of the wedding?

We would love to hear from you before the date of the wedding with any questions or concerns you may have.

I have questions the DAY OF the wedding?

We will be very busy on the actual day of the wedding. Please find the wedding planner, the matron of honor, the best men, a wedding party member, or the parents of the wedding couple. There will be a list of phone numbers with a card should you need help.

I have dietary restrictions.

For those who are sensitive to allergies, we will have a vegan and allergy-free option. Should you need to, you are welcome to bring along your own food or leave and come back with your own food. We want all our guests to have enough energy to dance!
