All wedding events over the weekend will take place at the Sun Mountain Lodge which is the recommended hotel for guests. For those planning to stay at the lodge, use the website link below, the discount code has already been applied.

Room Types: The main lodge's rooms are standard size. Mt. Gardner and Mt. Robinson are the larger suite rooms within walking distance of the main lodge. For larger groups, we recommend the Patterson Cabins just down the road on Lake Patterson which vary in room size. If you do not see the room or cabin you need, please call the hotel for information on availability.

Make yourself at home in one of the 17 individually decorated guestrooms, featuring refrigerators and microwaves. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms with shower/tub combinations are provided. Conveniences include coffee/tea makers, housekeeping is provided on request, and rollaway/extra beds (surcharge) can be requested.

This hotel and several others in Winthrop are more cost-effective options that are only a 15-minute drive from our wedding venue.

When booking one of these hotels online, you may see that they're sold out during our wedding weekend. Don't worry, they're not. You need to call them directly to book your room. Summer rates aren't available online.
