For those staying at the hotel where we reserved a room block (Hilton Garden Inn Melville), there will be shuttle service to and from the hotel and venue before the ceremony and after reception. There will be two shuttles that arrive at the hotel at 4:15 p.m.; they will leave at 4:30 p.m. sharp. Then after the reception, shuttles will take guests from the venue to the hotel at 11:05 p.m.

If you are driving, there is complimentary valet parking at the venue.

Both! Our ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour is inside and outside. Our reception is inside but there is a back patio where you can step outside as needed.

Yes! Please let the server at your table know about any dietary restrictions. There will be a ton of food at Larkfield starting with cocktail hour, so come hungry!
