PJ is Dan's older brother.

Sonny is one of Dan's cousins. Born in 2007 in England, Daniel has had the great pleasure of seeing him grow into a young man.

Zach is one of Dan's closest friends and confidants. They first met in 2003 at Berkeley and have been there for each other through many of life's challenges ever since.

Meagan is one of Dan's closest friends from medical school. She now works in rural areas of the country as a family medicine doctor.

Maddy is a former student of Dan's, back when he used to teach high school science. He taught her all four years of high school and they've remained close ever since. She is now a successful HR manager in New York City.

Mike is one of Dan's best friends. They first met at a water polo tournament in 2013 and have since traveled to far off destinations to play and have also done a few long distance bike rides for good measure.

Marissa is Chris' only sibling and longest friendship! Although Marissa and Chris have each moved around a lot and lived in different states, they have always been there for each other. Marissa currently lives in NY with her husband Alex and two children, Allie and Jackson.

Atia and Chris first met at Morristown Medical Center where they worked together. Good friends from the start, they grew even closer after several long hikes and some encounters with stair climbing cows. Atia currently lives in Boston and is starting a new career in Biomedical Engineering.

Emily and Chris first met at Lafayette College and worked together in the school's admissions office. They quickly became close friends, with traditions of weekend breakfasts and binging TV shows. Emily is Chris' closest friend from college. Emily currently works and lives in NYC.

Mike is one of Chris' oldest friendships. They first met at nursery school and have been friends since. Along with Todd, they spent many weekends playing card games and video games, taking trips to VT, and many...memorable...trips to NYC. Mike currently lives on Long Island with his wife Perri.

Todd and Chris have been friends since elementary school and have maintained a friendship every stage of life since. Along with Mike, they spent many weekends playing card games and video games, taking trips to VT, and many...memorable...trips to NYC. Todd currently lives on Long Island with his wife Ari.

Michele and Chris first become close during high school. They have been a major part of each other's lives and have helped each other navigate the complex world of relationships. Michele currently lives in NY with her husband Mike and two children, Lucas and Ivy.

KJ and Chris met in their emergency medicine residency at Morristown Medical Center, NJ. They became friends after realizing that they like to go out on the town more than their colleagues. KJ now lives and works in NH. As depicted, KJ is an olympic level skier.
