We are so excited that you'll be sharing our special day with us! We will officially kick-off the weekend with a welcome reception and dinner on Thursday evening (October 17, 2024 at 5:30pm) at one of our favorite local gastropubs, South Fork, for food, games, and fun for everyone--kids especially welcome! Since all other wedding weekend events are taking place in Seattle, we will be providing a shuttle service from Seattle to North Bend on that evening for those who do not wish to drive or do not have a car.

A round-trip shuttle will depart on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 4:45pm from the Silver Cloud Inn on Capitol Hill and a second pickup at 5:00pm at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.

The following day, Friday, October 18, 2024, is your opportunity to take a local hike, visit Pike Place Market, take a ferry to Bainbridge Island, etc. It's your day, so have fun!

Saturday is the big day! We welcome you to arrive at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle at 5:00pm on the afternoon of Saturday, October 19, 2024. Ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, followed by a cocktail reception and formal dinner. Bring your dancing shoes!

Wake up late the following day and join us at 11:30am at Di Fiora's up the road on Capitol Hill in Seattle for what we promise will be an unforgettable brunch of food, mimosas, bloody marys, and, yes....drag queens! If you've never been to a drag brunch before, you are in for a treat! A festive, laughter-filled end to what we hope will be a wonderful weekend for all of you!
