FLIGHT ADVICE:

For those booking flights to join us, the official kick-off dinner begins Thursday evening, October 17, 2024, so ideally land around 2pm or earlier to give you time to check into your hotel and settle in. (We do have an optional Wednesday, October 16th happy hour if you arrive early.)

The last event is our Sunday brunch on October 20, 2024 that begins at 11:30am, so any flights after 4:00pm will give you plenty of time to brunch and get to the airport (about 20 minutes away from the restaurant).

RENTAL CAR ADVICE:

With the exception of the official welcome dinner at South Fork Restaurant in North Bend, WA, all weekend events will take place around downtown Seattle. For the Thursday welcome dinner, we will provide complimentary round-trip shuttle service from Seattle to North Bend on that evening. So, you don't need to rent a car (unless you want to) and can easily walk or Uber to all the wedding venues in Seattle from your hotel.

We recommend you download the Uber or Lyft apps to get around instead of renting a car and paying for parking garages.

LODGING ADVICE:

The wedding venue will be at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle, so this is our preferred location for accommodations. However, for those looking for more budget-friendly options, we highly recommend the Silver Cloud Inn on Capitol Hill. It is a quick 5-minute Uber ride downtown to the Fairmont Olympic Hotel and walking distance to the Sunday Brunch venue. The hotel shuttle for the Thursday official kick-off dinner will also leave from the Silver Cloud Inn.
