Our Wedding

Our story began on a magical night in the vibrant city of Seattle at a HelloGoodbye concert. Little did we know that this ordinary night out would mark the beginning of an extraordinary adventure together. Emily, with her unwavering dedication to her night shift, managed to rally her friend all the way from Tacoma to join the festivities, fueled by sheer determination and a love for live music. Chris, a Washington native, was simply expecting a typical night in Seattle, but fate had other plans for us. Emily, originally from Belleville, Illinois, decided to make the Pacific Northwest her home after college, bringing her energy and enthusiasm to the Tacoma/Seattle area. Meanwhile, Chris had spent his entire life soaking in the beauty of Washington, creating a backdrop of lush greenery and majestic mountains for our love to blossom. Over the past five years, our love has grown and deepened, weaving a tapestry of shared experiences and cherished moments. Three of those years have been spent cohabiting, creating a home filled with love, laughter, and the occasional pitter-patter of tiny paws. Yes, you guessed it – we're the proud parents of two incredible feline friends named Rory and Dorian. When we're not working, you can find us embracing the great outdoors. Whether it's camping under the stars, carving through fresh powder on a snow-covered slope, scaling rock faces, or hiking along scenic trails, we share a passion for adventure that keeps our spirits alive. Of course, we also appreciate the simple pleasures in life – enjoying a cold beer, attending concerts together, and relishing cozy nights in with each other's company. Our journey has been a harmonious blend of Emily's Midwest roots and Chris's Pacific Northwest upbringing, creating a love story as diverse and beautiful as the landscapes we call home. We can't wait to embark on the next chapter of our adventure and are thrilled to have you join us on our special day.
