We highly recommend that you make the most of your trip to Croatia and visit the surrounding islands. We flew into Split and island hopped to Dubrovnik and then flew home. You could easily do that in reverse. There is an option of flying out of Split to Dublin, for your journey home and visiting some of the islands along the way. Island hopping is very easy with the Catamaran ferry. The link for booking and seeing some islands is below. Korcula island is only an hour away from Dubrovnik! A must see!!

We highly recommend visiting Split which is just a four hour boat trip away. Our highlight of our entire holiday was an island hopping speed boat day tour! We even got to see where Mamma Mia was filmed. Seán was thrilled! 😝

We also visited the island of Brac. We stayed in Bol. It is a beautiful island with the most famous beach in Croatia, Golden Horn Beach. We went on a great adventure as sailors for the day exploring the Dalmatian Coast! Seán was a great captain 😜
