Amtrak Palmetto: Departs Washington, D.C., in the morning and arrives in Florence in the early evening, offering a daytime travel option.

Amtrak Silver Meteor: Departs Washington, D.C., in the evening and arrives in Florence early the next morning, suitable for overnight travelers.
