In addition to having its own airport, there are several airports within a 2-3 hour drive of Erie. Preferably, we would love for you to be as close as possible to where the events will be but we also understand how expensive airline tickets are. If you have any questions about traveling to Erie, feel free to contact us!
Erie International Airport
4411 W 12th St, Erie, PA 16505, USA
(814) 833-4258
If possible, please make this your first airport choice as it's the closest to both venues and easily accessible.
If you're coming from an area west of Cleveland, the best route is to take Interstate 90 from Cleveland and follow it east. Erie is just past the Pennsylvania border.
If coming east of Erie itself, you too will come in on Interstate 90. Erie is the large city within the small segment of Pennsylvania that is in the north, going west of New York state.
Accomodation
There are quite a few hotel spots in and around the Erie area. For easy access to Interstate 90 (the main route in and out of Erie), there are several hotels around Peach Street including Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Wingate by Wyndham, just to name a few. This area is also close to Splash Lagoon (Erie's famous indoor waterpark). On the waterfront are additional hotels and north of the Peach Street/I-90 interstate are plenty of hotels by the Erie Casino. Millcreek Mall, located next to I-79, also has several hotels, including Candlewood and Springhill.
