The closest airport is Norfolk International Airport, it's an hour and a half drive down south.

If you'd like to take some time to explore our nation's Capital, the drive from Washington DC is around 5 hours from Dulles International Airport or Reagan International Airport.

If you'd like a shorter drive, but still want to see some history, you can fly into Richmond International Airport and stop by Williamsburg, Virginia; that'll take you about 3 hours.

Another option for a 3 hour drive is a flight into Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
