As they talked, they realized Claire was moving into the same apartment complex—talk about fate!—and even shared a surprising number of mutual friends.

From that day on, they were nearly inseparable. Whether it was long walks around Old Dublin and Bridge Park, sampling every coffee shop they could find, or playing endless rounds of pickleball (a sport Luke took up to impress Claire—though he now genuinely enjoys it), they quickly built a life full of fun, laughter, and shared adventures.

What started as casual dates soon turned into something much deeper. Their daily hangouts became the foundation of a meaningful relationship built on love, trust, and endless inside jokes.

Then, on March 29, 2025, during a walk with Claire’s parents’ dogs through the familiar streets of Old Dublin, Luke got down on one knee—and Claire said yes! They celebrated the moment with a sweet return to Getaway Brewing, the place where it all began, and later shared the joy with both of their families.
