All guests are invited to a welcome party hosted by Kim and Jim Weilbacher on Friday at 6 PM at the Grand Bohemian in downtown Greenville, a short walk from your hotel. Dinner and drinks will be provided. We are so happy to have everyone we care about in one place and cannot wait to say hello to everyone prior to wedding day!

Welcome Party: Dressy casual

Men: Dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a sport coat

Women: Dresses preferred

Ceremony & Reception: Formal garden party

Men: Suit & tie

Women: Long floral dresses are encouraged, comfortable heels appropriate for standing in the grass

Complimentary transportation will be provided for all guests staying in downtown Greenville. The bus service will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott at 2:45 PM on Saturday, transporting guests to the Ceremony and Reception. The bus service will return guests to the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Greenville at the end of the evening, around 11:00 PM.

Please meet in the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott at 2:45 PM for pickup.

The complimentary bus ride is one hour each way. If you choose not to ride the bus, you can drive your car or hire a car service, but there are no Ubers in the area.

By Car: If you're driving, Greenville is easily accessible by major highways.

By Plane: Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is the closest airport being a 15-minute drive to downtown Greenville. Other airports such as Charlotte, Asheville, or Atlanta, are within a 2 hour drive to downtown Greenville.

While we adore children, we have chosen to host an adults-only wedding. We hope you can make arrangements for childcare and join us for a wonderful celebration. Thank you for understanding.
