How can I RSVP?
We would like to request our guests to contact us, Haley or Claire, or use the online RVSP on our wedding website by clicking on the "RSVP" tab above. Or you can return your RSVP card with the small envelope from your invite. If you have any questions or need assistance with your RSVP, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
When do I have to RSVP by?
To help us make the necessary arrangements and ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests comfortably, we kindly request that you RSVP by no later than July 3rd, 2024. With your RSVP, we will have your preferences, allergies, song requests and know we will get to celebrate with you and your guest(s)! Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.
Can I request a song?
Please request songs in our RSVP tab on this website or by contacting the couple!
Where is the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?
Nature's Connection in Arlington, WA is a beautiful outdoor venue with ample lawn space, cocktail hour with seating and a dance floor.
What is the dress for the wedding day?
Semi formal and you will look smashing as always, I'm sure. Think classy, but not James Bond classy, unless you want to go all out. By all means, please do!
May I bring a plus one or guests who are not on the invitation?
We would love to include everyone, but due to our planned resources and limited capacity at the venue, we will not be able to accommodate plus ones or others not on the invitation. We will be sending one invitation to couples and families. Your invitation will specify if you are allotted a plus one. Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible and are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes. Your presence means the world to us and we are excited to share this special day with you!
Can I bring my kids?
Please do, as they are included on your invitation! We would love to have them involved in our big day. We will have kid-approved lawn games and activities as well.
Are pets welcome?
We adore our furry friends! We understand some may be traveling with pets. We may be able to accommodate limited pets at our wedding venue upon request to the venue. This decision is based on various logistical and venue restrictions.
Are there hotel blocks or other lodging options available?
Please reference the travel and accommodations tab on this site for hotel recommendations. We are currently in the process of looking at hotel blocks.
Is there a gift registry? Where are you registered?
Your attendance to our wedding is the greatest gift that we could ever want, but for those that have shown interest in a gift to celebrate the occasion and would like to look at our registry, it is with Honeyfund Cash Funds, Amazon, Etsy, and William Sonoma. The registry is available by clicking on the Registry tab within this website. These gifts will be sent directly to us and you will not need to physically bring your gift to the wedding. However, if you would like to bring a gift to the venue, our wedding party will ensure it is placed in a secure area and transported home to us after the wedding. If you would like to give a gift and want it to go towards our future goals, consider donating to our honeymoon or our future home cash fund registry, as these are very important to us. Thank you so much for coming to our wedding and please do not feel like a gift is required to attend, only if you would like to.
Can I get you something that isn't on your registry or at your registered store?
Please do! The registry is just for ideas of items we would like. Huge thanks to your generosity in supporting the beginning of our forever together. Yes, definitely. We would have loved to be registered at Costco but they don't have a registry. You can find almost all of our gift ideas at Costco for less than Amazon and/or Williams Sonoma.
I need help with transportation to and from wedding events. Who can I contact?
We are coordinating carpools for those who may need it. We want you to drive home safe in the evening after the reception. Please let the couple know if you need transportation to and from the venues for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day venue ahead of time. Let the wedding party know on the day of the ceremony if your plans change.
What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00PM. We request that you please arrive around 2:15 PM for light refreshments, chit chats to meet each other, lawn games, signing our wedding book and opportunities for our photographer to capture families and couples! We would love that!
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony and reception?
We have a wonderful photographer who will beautifully capture the ceremony and the rest of the wedding day. We would like to request for an unplugged ceremony, where we ask for you to refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony and speeches during the reception. However, for all other pictures, please use our wedding hashtag on Instagram and facebook, #TheLeVecksCH, so other guests and ourselves may see your fun and beautiful photos and memories!
We are so excited to share our future professional wedding photos and our most treasured wedding video clips on social media and shared with you in other ways once we receive them.
What cuisine can we look forward to?
For our wedding day, our caterer will be Concept Catering By Lombardi’s, Italian cuisine, with Grilled Salmon Piccata and Chicken Marsala. Appetizers will be, salads, garlic bread and fruits. A chocolate fountain, and home baked desserts available during the reception. As well as fresh fruits, appetizers, other treats and drinks will be available during the cocktail hour. We are so excited to share our favorite foods with you, including family favorites!
What entertainment can we look forward to during the wedding weekend?
For the rehearsal dinner, we are planning on park games! On the day of the wedding, there will be lawn games, wedding games during the reception, a photo booth and others. We are in the process of planning fun entertainment and activity details and would love your ideas and input. Please contact us!!
Will the cocktail hour and reception have an open bar?
Yes, we will have an open bar with two signature cocktails served exclusively during cocktail hour that includes some of our favorite summer flavors, with a few beer and wine options with non-alcoholic options. Please drink responsibly.
Is there a smoke pit available at the events?
We would like to request the wedding weekend events are smoke free events. Thank you.
I have other questions; who should I ask?
The couple, unless it is the afternoon before or the day of. In that case, please ask Clare de Young and Brooke Shultz, our Maids of Honor, with their contacts on the Wedding Party tab in the future.
