On the day of the wedding, there is ample parking at the venue's parking lot with clear signage from the venue's front entrance for the parking lot and a parking attendant available to assist. For other wedding events, we will let you know as they are planned.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The ceremony will be on the lawn that will be firm enough for a wheelchair or walker, but the rest of the space in the venue is wheelchair accessible. We will ensure that you will be comfortable moving between spaces if you have concerns!
What will the weather be like in Arlington?
August in Western Washington is gorgeous but may give us a high of 75 and low of 52 degrees or clouds. We will have indoor and outdoor spaces for the reception, so we will be ready to ensure this is a comfortable day!
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be held inside or outside?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be held under a tent. However, if inclement weather occurs, the venue has arrangements to move us inside and under the tent with walls. But the chances are low! We are planning a plan B for the rehearsal dinner.
Will the ceremony and reception be on grass or concrete or flooring?
The terrain of our venue will include grass on the ceremony area and lawn games, and concrete for the cocktail and reception spaces, so I would recommend to use heel protectors on thin heels (such as "GoGo Heel Stoppers" https://www.amazon.com/GoGoHeel-STOPPERS-Heel-Protectors-Sinking/dp/B01KGEOIKM) or wear block or wedge heels for those who choose to wear them.
Where are the events of the wedding day occurring?
Cocktail Hour and Reception will follow within the same venue as the ceremony.
Will I be assigned a seat for the ceremony?
There will be a pair of ushers who will assist those who need help with seating within the ceremony space. These seats are not assigned. However, we are reserving the first row for immediate family who will be entering the ceremony along with the wedding party.
