Is there a house open to rent on the venue property to stay?

Yes. One house for that sleeps 8 people comfortably (others welcome if preferred) on the property to rent. Text/call Jason or Claire for details.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes. It is under Millman/Guerrera at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. 1802 Gamel Cemetery Road, Festus, MO. 636.937.7100 It is 9 minutes from the venue.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Semi-formal. Please no jeans, pants with holes, t-shirts, etc. Tie is optional for guests and preferred for anyone with a role in the wedding.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

There is a QR code in the bottom right hand corner of the RSVP card. You can RSVP online and make a song request or send in the RSVP card - by March 10th please!

How do I get to the venue?

Follow GPS directions to 1756 Moloney Dr, Pevely, MO 63070. If you need specific directions, please contact Anne Millman. Follow signage to “The Lake” venue in the back of the property.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all in the same venue within very close proximity. There are golf carts on the property, should you need one to get from your car to the venue. Please contact Anne Millman.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Yes. Please contact our venue director, Kaelee, if you need a golf cart ride to/from your vehicle. Her number is 314.683.6088.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour is outside (unless it is raining, then inside) and the reception is inside.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

At the moment, there is no shuttle. Recommend Uber, carpool or rent a car.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

What is the weather like in the area?

It can be mid-70s and sunny or 50s and rainy. Let’s hope and pray for the best! Keep an eye out on the weather man for updates.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Yes. We are bringing a babysitter, Savannah, for anyone who needs some assistance with their kiddos to make the evening less stressful for everyone. She will be watching kids during the ceremony, helping to keep kids off the dance floor initially during specific dances and playing with them during the reception. If you need her assistance specifically for a period of time during the night, please ask her to help. Please no screaming or crying babies during the ceremony.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will have a buffet style dinner with meats, salad, vegetables, potatoes and then of course cake!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes.

What airport should I fly into and how far is it from the venue?

St. Louis International Airport. It’s 39 minutes from the venue.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

We recommend arriving by 3:15PM and be seated by 3:45PM. Ceremony will begin at 4PM.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

No. The cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony and then dinner/reception will follow right after cocktail hour.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

The total eclipse is in view from Pevely, MO that Monday, so book your hotel sooner than later!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

No. It will be an unplugged ceremony. We would love to enjoy our professional photography without being photobombed by cellphones.

When is rehearsal and dinner?

Rehearsal is at 6PM on Thursday 4/4/24 and dinner will follow by 7PM. Anyone in the rehearsal or coming into town is welcome to the Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner. Please let the bride or groom know by March 14th if you’re attending the dinner.

What is rehearsal/Welcome dinner attire?

Your best dinner attire. E.g. Dresses and pants/polo/button ups. No jeans or t-shirts.
