Congaree and Penn is a Florida farm and restaurant dedicated to agriculture & culinary endeavors, and gathering the community to enjoy both. The location is a fully functioning farm with animals present on the premises. Please handle the area with care and no littering or harassing the animals.

All vehicles must be parked within the designated parking area. Vehicles are not permitted beyond the parking lot. Vehicles left on site for more than 24 hours after the event will be towed.

The venue is a smoke free venue so no smoking or vaping allowed. Illegal substances are not allowed at any time on the premises.

Once you arrive and park in the designated parking you will be ushered towards the ceremony location or taken there via wagon.

Wine, beer, and cider will be served at the indoor bar. It will be a cash bar. Last call is 15 minutes before the conclusion of the event (around 8:30- 8:45PM). Alcohol may not be served to minors. Drunken and / or violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premises and possible termination of the event.

Once the ceremony is completed, you will be ushered toward the Quonset Hut, patio, and indoor bar. You may walk or ride the wagon back.
