Hotels, Complimentary Shuttle, + Other Options
Hi everyone! :) We can't wait to celebrate with you! Due to our wedding weekend falling on the Brainerd International Raceway weekend (Brainerd's busiest weekend of the year), we unfortunately weren't able to get hotel blocks in town, as they were fully booked. We will provide a shuttle to three hotels (see below). We hope you will stay and party with us all night!
Ole’s Shuttle Service
Our complimentary shuttle will provide transport to Grand Casino Mille Lacs, Grand View Resort and Cragun’s Resort. Please tip the shuttle! They spent hours putting this custom plan together for us and working with the crazy lodging situation. Thank you! :)
Grand Casino Mille Lacs Pick-Up Time: 3:00pm
Grandview Lodge Pick-Up Time: 3:00pm
Craguns Resort Pick-Up Time: 3:15pm
All shuttles will be taking trips back at 10:30pm and midnight.
Grand Casino Mille Lacs
Shuttle departs hotel at 3pm sharp and will arrive to the venue at 3:35pm for our 4pm ceremony. We have a block of 40 rooms here. Mention the Stevens Bean Wedding if you call, or use the code: SB0815M when booking online for our discounted rate. Pickup times to go back to the hotel will be at 10:30pm and 12:00am. We have Friday and Saturday night blocked. Check in for Saturday is at 3pm so please arrive early if you are only staying at the hotel on the 16th. You can either leave your luggage in your vehicle and hop on the shuttle or you can call ahead and inquire about early check-in. I was told that rooms should be available for an early check-in (key word: SHOULD), so I recommend calling ahead the day prior to arrival.
Cragun's Resort, Golf & Conference
Shuttle picks up at 3:15pm! If you are staying close to Craguns in an airbnb or hotel and would like to hop on the shuttle, please drive there and be ready by 3:00pm. The shuttle will leave the venue at 10:30pm and 12:00am to return to Craguns and Grandview.
Grand View Lodge Spa and Golf Resort
Shuttle picks up at 3:00pm! If you are staying close to Grandview in an airbnb or hotel and would like to hop on the shuttle, please drive there and be ready by 2:50pm. The shuttle will leave the venue at 10:30pm and 12:00am to return to Grandview and Craguns.
There is a 2-3 night minimum if you are booking at Grandview.

Airbnb or VRBO
The wedding party will be staying at an Airbnb! It is a great option that tends to be cheaper if you book with a group. For those who aren’t familiar, Airbnb and VRBO are apps you can download on your phone that allow you to book a place just like you would a hotel! Please plan to have a sober driver or use one of the taxi recommendations listed below. 😊
