The cocktail hour/reception are located at Prairie Meadows Casino through The Meadows entrance. This entrance is clearly marked in the middle of the building, directly between the hotel and main casino entrances. Our event will be held in the Bishop Ballroom, immediately inside The Meadows entrance.

We'd love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please avoid shades of white.

Great question - our ceremony will occur at Ankeny Lutheran Church of Hope (Ankeny, IA), with a cocktail hour and reception following at Prairie Meadows Casino (Altoona, IA).

The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception will all be indoors.

Our wedding colors are black, white & eucalyptus green! Guests do not need to be worried about matching the bridal party - in fact, we encourage you to wear black if you would like! However, please avoid shades of white.

Both the church & casino will have ample parking, as well as a circle drive in front where guests can be dropped off. The casino has no overnight fees & complimentary valet parking for those in need.

Invitations will be specific on children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
