This is a great location, 1/2 a block away from Zuana but it is not Beach Front. Claudia and I enjoyed eating here. It is a little older but very nice and a little less cost.

Luchy Vasquez is a friend of Ana Maria who is a very dear friend of mine for over 30 years. I spoke to Luchy and she is a very personable and engaging. She is based in Medellin but she plans all kind of excursions and travels around Colombia including Santa Marta. Check out her website, her phone number is also on WhatsApp, and her English is great for people like me.

I have been to Santa Marta several times and have been on a few excursions. One of my favorites is hiking along the road to the Waterfalls in Minca, this is not a paved trail. Another is renting a boat with a Captain and sailing to Tyrona National Park. You can be part of a larger group or rent a smaller boat just for your group. This is a total relaxation, swimming, sunbathing, eating and drinking outing. I also like taking the walking food tour in Historic Santa Marta. Although we did not like our guide that much, I believe Luchy could set you properly. Have Fun!
