Do I have a plus one?
Although we’d love to welcome more guests on our special day, we are restricted due to safety and venue regulations. Those who’s invite include a plus one, will find them addressed on their invite. If you have any questions regarding plus ones, please contact Claudia or Devon.
Does my invite include my children?
We would like you and the rest of our guests to enjoy the evening celebrating at our event without interruptions. We LOVE your kiddos however our venue does not accommodate a safe place for children to play during festivities. We ask that you leave them with a babysitter and take the night off with us!
What should I wear?
We want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible. That being said, sweatpants are out! Please dress semi-formal/formal and of course, weather appropriate. The end of September can be tricky! We’ll have ponchos for the ceremony if it rains, however please bring a coat to keep you warm.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony and reception will both take place at Brannen Lake Estates. Follow the signs and the aides to the parking lot for the ceremony. The reception will be further up the property.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors, with no coverage, however ponchos will be provided incase it rains! The reception will take place outdoors but will all be covered.
What happens after the ceremony?
Once the ceremony is complete, we ask that everyone remain at their benches for a group photo! There is an hour and a half gap while we sneak away for photos! This time is left up to you! Freshen up, go for a walk, or go to the local pub for a pint.
When should I return to the venue?
4pm for cocktail hour! We will be serving beer, wine, and coolers at this time. We encourage you to mingle with each other, tell stories, and reminisce. One of our amazing coordinators will be around to take videos. We would love to hear your favorite story about the couple or any advice you may have for married life! We ask that you please do not enter the reception area until 5pm.
Am I invited to the rehearsal/dinner the night before?
Due to the limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
What time should I arrive?
We ask everyone to be seated by 1:45pm. There is a 2 minute walk from parking lot to cermony site. A good time to arrive would be between 1pm and 1:20pm. There will be parking attendants to help you find your way!
Is the bar cash only?
Yes! There will be a cash bar servicing the cocktail hour and reception!
