Where is Grand Wailea located?
Grand Wailea Maui is located at 3850 Wailea Alanui Dr, Wailea, HI 96753, in South Maui, right off of the famed Wailea Beach.
How do I book a room?
The hotel has set up a webpage where guests can go to reserve their rooms https://book.passkey.com/event/50833885/owner/4715/home
The special rate may be honored up to 3 nights pre/post based on group room availability. If rooms run out at the site they may call us at 800-888-6100 to confirm pre and postdates.
The rooms regular rooms are contracted as Run of Terrace/Garden. “Run of” indicates the rooms bedding is on a request basis and will be confirmed at the time of check-in. The Napua Ocean King rooms have one king bed in each room confirmed.
Guests should make sure to indicate requests and we will do our best to accommodate as many as possible.
Our room occupancy is up to 2 adults and 2 children at the contracted rates.
There is a $100+tax per person per night charge for more than 2 persons in a standard room ($150+tax in Napua) with a maximum of 4 persons per room.
All Hilton Honors point redemption reservations must be made through the Hilton Honors desk at 800-HHONORS and a room move may be required.

Airlines
Kahului Airport (OGG) is the primary airport on the island of Maui and receives both overseas and interisland flights.
Due to the "joy" of travel these days we highly recommend people plan for delays and cancellations. In the past two trips in 2022 and 2023 alone, Chris and I have had more than half of our flights delayed or cancelled. Given the peak demands for travel to Maui, rebooking often means arriving a day or two later than expected. Please begin your journey no later than Sunday, October 7th to make it for the wedding on Tuesday evening in case of delays.

Ahh, Maui. So lush, so welcoming, so... full of cars. Yep, the Valley Isle is only 48 miles long and 26 miles wide, but it is hard to explore without a car.
