Can I bring my kids?

Due to space limitations, we are only able to include children of immediate family in our ceremony and reception. We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and giving us a night of grown-up fun!

What is the parking situation?

The venue is approximately two miles from The Nook. We highly recommend rideshare options or SafeRide. However, if you choose to drive, park along Redwood Lane and walk along the lighted path through the woods. Please plan footwear accordingly.

What should I wear?

Think Mountain Chic - dressy but relaxed.

Because our wedding is outdoors in the woods:

-Avoid high/stiletto heels - uneven ground + pine needles don’t mix.

- Dress warm - even at the end of September, mountain evenings get chilly.

-We will have outdoor heaters, but layers are still highly recommended (jackets, wraps, boots, etc.).

Is there an open bar?

Yes! Enjoy our full open bar with beer, wine, and signature cocktails.

What’s the weather like in Pinetop in late September?

Days are usually in the mid-70s, but nights can drop into the 40s. It’s crisp mountain weather - bring layers so you can stay cozy once the sun goes down.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 31st. Since our wedding is during the busiest autumn weekend in Pinetop, we need a headcount early for catering, shuttles, and seating. The sooner you RSVP, the more our sanity thanks you.
