Alec and I bought our first home back in August of 2020. We've been living in this home for a little over three years now. We've been slowly remodeling this home to make it feel more homey. We absolutely love having our space and its been so fun getting to work on all of these little home projects together.

Axel was our first dog we got together and he is a five year old German/Australian Shepherd. He's loves to play fetch and he is the best cuddle buddy. He is also a big daddy's boy. Maverick is our one year old Australian Shepherd who's packed with a ton of energy. He loves pretty much any toy you give him. He's a big mamas boy and follows me anywhere I go. He loves to annoy his big brother but Axel sure does love him. It might be a little be of a love hate relationship LOL!

- Our favorite meal to make together is tacos...so obviously that's what we're having to eat on our wedding day!

- We both love summer. During the summer we love to go boating and fishing with family and friends.

- We love to travel so in 2022 we decided that once a year we're going to plan a trip to go on for a whole week together. We can't wait to go back out to the black hill for our honeymoon the day after our wedding.

- Our typical date nights are ordering take out and having a movie night at home. We're both big homebodies so if we can do it from home that's what we will be doing. If we go out for a date night we usually go out to one of our favorite restaurants and then catch a movie afterwards.

- Another favorite date night we love to do is going to the drive in. The drive in is only open seasonal so if we decide to go out to a movie in the spring/summer we usually go to the drive in. We throw a bed in the back of the truck and make it super cozy with pillows and blankets. It's defiantly a lot more comfortable than those movie theater seats. We LOVE the jalapeño poppers from the drive in. We usually get a few orders of those because we love them so much.

- I really like that we both LOVE marvel movies. So if there's a new marvel movie coming out you bet we will be seeing it opening night.

- Recently we have been getting more into gaming with each other. We really like playing Fortnite together. It's really fun when Alec's brothers come over with their gaming stuff and we can all play together.

- We love spending time with family. Alec has one older sister and three younger brothers. Codie has two younger sisters and one younger brother. We both has a niece and our nieces are only two months apart. When it comes to extended family let just say we both have pretty BIG families.

- Alec is only four days older than Codie. Alec loves to use the line "I like them younger" because he's a big dork.
