Our Wedding

As many of you know this story, here’s for the ones that don’t. And so it begins… Cody and Melissa were both on completely separate work trips that so happened to be at a all inclusive resort in Cancun Mexico. Little did they know their last night there would change their lives forever. Cody didn’t hesitate to see how stunning and outgoing Melissa was and wasn’t afraid to ask if he could buy her a drink (FYI all inclusive resort means drinks are included..). Melissa figured why not because everyone on her team had already gone to bed for the night. They end up having lots of giggles and amazing conversations for the rest of the night. They exchanged numbers and went their separate ways. For Melissa home was Houston, Texas. For Cody’s home was Salem, Ohio. Immediately Cody took it upon himself to make the first move and ask if he could fly to Texas to rekindle the friendship that formed in Mexico. The two have been inseparable since that night at the Cancun bar.

These two have been besties since the moment little Veronica took her very first breath. The two are complete opposites but that’s what’s made them 28 years strong.

These two met in High School when Melissa’s  hopes & dreams failed  because she dropped out of basketball. They both had a passion for refusing the run the mile at PE and instead made amazing mix tapes that they would soon be jamming to in Mary’s hooptie.

These girls met at Melissa’s brothers (Preston) party after HS. Little did Lauren know Melissa was playing wingman for him. Even though they didn’t work out (she didn’t even give him a chance 😏), Melissa found a best friend for life out of it.

These two. They met about 8 years ago where they worked at a gun shop. Let’s just say never a dull moment. Together you have no predictions of what is next. If only there was a TV show “Mofos & Haileys Adventures” it’d probably be a #1 hit. 

Hailey Fitzgerald 

Jarrett is also one of Melissa’s longest best friends. They have the same personality which can be bad when making important decisions. How close these two are, I’m pretty sure they could be siblings. Also never a dull moment with her BFF “Twitch”.

Alex and Cody have been best friends since second grade.

Jake and Cody became close in high school, living only a few minutes dirt bike ride from each other.

Garrett and Cody met in college. The love for football and partying drew them into being college roommates for too many years.

Aka “Rowdy” has been a long time friend who has not only always been there but also manages Cody’s farm. Rowdy’s is definitely part of the family.

Tyler and Cody spent most of their weekends growing up driving around to the best local football games. Since then they have been causing trouble on every local golf course.

Zach and Cody relationship started when Cody stole all Zach's candy at the annual Baird's Easter Egg Hunt.  They have enjoyed anything out doors ever since.

Bryan was so excited and wanted nothing more than to be a big brother to sweet baby Mel when she was born. Little did he know melissa was in fact a fireball & had other plans. How they are so close now is still a ?

Dalton is Cody’s little brother and biggest competitor. Even though he ends up in second place all the time, he tries hard.

Josh is Cody’s older sisters (Brittany) husband. Even tho he has chief wahoo tattooed on his leg, he’s a alright guy.

There will be parking shuttle services for the day of the wedding to assist with parking, transportation of guests to and from the parking area, and handicapped guests.

Once you arrive at the designated parking area (or you were dropped off from a Uber or Lyft) a shuttle will arrive to bring you to and from the wedding venue.

There will be helpers located near the entrance to assist you if you have any questions.   The reason for the shuttle is the venue is up a hill.
