What is the dress code?

The dress code for both the wedding ceremony and reception is Cocktail attire or Indian Formal attire.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

How long will it take to travel from the wedding ceremony to the reception? Will there be parking available?

The drive from Saint Lawrence Church to Deerfield Country Club is approximately 10-15 minutes. There will be plenty of parking available at both sites.

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there will be approximately 2.5 hours between the conclusion of the ceremony and the beginning of cocktail hour at 5 pm. We suggest you spend the time catching up with family and friends, resting up at your hotel, or checking out some of our recommendations in the "Things To Do" section of our website.

Will there be transportation provided?

There will be no transportation to the wedding ceremony at Saint Lawrence Church. There will, however, be a shuttle from the Hampton Inn hotel to the reception venue, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. More details can be found on the "Travel" section of our website. We ask that you please indicate if you plan to utilize this shuttle service in your RSVP so that we may plan accordingly!

What type of food and drink will be served?

Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner. Please make your meal selection with your RSVP. An open bar will be available during cocktail hour and will re-open after dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include that in your RSVP.

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

We would prefer guests refrain from taking photos during our wedding ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture the moment, and would be happy to share these pictures with you! We invite you to take as many photos as you please during the reception.
