Shuttle buses will be at both the Hilton Canopy and the Holiday Inn Express at 3:45 with a 4pm departure time on Saturday. The Loews and the Marriott are both located on the same block as the Hilton Canopy so guests staying at those hotels should use the Canopy location for shuttle pick up. Shuttle service will be provided to both locations at the end of the evening.

Valet parking is available at the venue. Directions to Bartram's Garden are available at this link to their website: https://www.bartramsgarden.org/directions/ The hotels have paid options for valet parking, or we also recommend spothero.com for a cheaper option to reserve a garage.

The wedding is cocktail attire, but wear what makes you comfortable! The cocktail hour and ceremony will take place outdoors on grass so choose your footwear accordingly! The reception will take place outside in a covered pavilion with hardwood floors.

We have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event with the exception of our nieces and nephew that will be a part of our ceremony. We really appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
