Getting There
With family coming from all over, we realize that booking a flight will be necessary for most. We encourage guests to look at flights into Ft. Lauderdale. There is also the option of flying in to Miami, but you run the risk of increased traffic. We've also learned that booking a rental car is easier in Ft. Lauderdale.
Once you arrive in Florida, you will need a rental car to make the drive to the Florida Keys. Good news - Key Largo is one of the closest islands when traveling to the Keys. We picked this location, in part, to reduce the drive time for guests... the stunning views and warm weather helped too!
When looking at travel accommodations, we encourage guests to fly and drive together! Make it a fun family trip and share a rental car, or meet up in a big group at the airport. We want our wedding to be fun for all with little stress. We understand that asking guest to make the trip to the Florida Keys is a big ask, and we also understand if it's not a plausible option for everyone. But for those that can come, we hope you find the trip to be one full of memories!
