For anyone attending with children:

If your children are under the age of 10, there is a special kids menu available. The servers have been made aware your children are younger and you can ask for an alternative plated meal that may be more palatable for your children. Any children over the age of 10 are directed to the buffet for their lunch.

For anyone that indicated they are gluten free:

For those that are gluten free, the prime rib is gluten free, as are the vegetables available from the buffet. If prime rib does not sound appealing, the servers have been made aware of your food accommodation and you can select an alternative plated meal of grilled salmon or eggplant involtini.

For anyone that indicated they are vegan:

For those that are vegan, your servers have been made aware of your table setting, and you can ask for the alternative plated meal of eggplant involtini. Please be aware the pesto is made with tree nuts, so be specific in mentioning without pesto for an allergy accommodation.

For anyone that indicated they have a peanut allergy:

The kitchen is aware of your allergy, and your dinner will not be impacted. However, the bakery on-site is not peanut free and is susceptible to cross contamination. Dependent on the severity of your allergy, you may want to skip dessert.

For anyone that indicated they have a shellfish allergy:

While shellfish is available, if guests with the allergy avoid eating those associated meals, you will not encounter any issues. The venue has been made aware that there are guests with an allergy, and they affirmed that the dining experience wouldn't be any different from a typical restaurant with shellfish on the menu.

ACCESSIBLITY

The reception room is on the lower floor of the events space. The area is accessible via an elevator. Please know we thought about our guests when picking the space, as the bathrooms are on the lower floor and therefore more accessible throughout the duration of the reception than they would have been on the upper floor.

The wedding is in the lower level of the banquet hall. Below are the stairs required when entering through the banquet side.

If stairs pose an issue, guests can bypass any steps by using the main entrance. There is a ramp to the main entrance, at which point you would walk through the regular restaurant dining area to the elevator.

The elevator is pictured here, as well as the steps for those that are physically able to use them. The entrance to the room, and the bathroom, are a few short steps from the elevator.
