...Now if I could just meet someone who could make my dream of becoming Lisa Simpson possible....and then Collin came along.

Okay, that was actually never my dream. 😅 Although I do feel so happy that Collin came into my life that it can seem like my life is a dream.

On our first date in October 2022 I knew Collin was special. We had already been chatting for a while online and over dinner he talked my ear off the entire time. I was so happy because I usually had to carry the conversation with dates in the past. He made it known that night as well that we were not moving into the friend-zone when he kissed me goodbye. 🥰 I went right home with a huge smile and then we chatted further into the night.

Canmore is a special place for us because it is where we took our first trip away together and it is also where Collin proposed. While on our first weekend trip in February 2023, we tested out many hot tubs, enjoyed walking around town and laughing alot. We have so much fun together and I cherish those moments.

A year later and we had enjoyed so many amazing memories together and we were back in Canmore to celebrate our birthday month! This time for a whole week! On Valentine's, which is also my birthday, Collin showered me with gifts of perfume and shiny jewelery. Then on a beautiful walk, that he insisted we go on when I just wanted to relax and eat my cheese flight, he gave me a third card that read, ..."to my wife". When I turned back to look at him, he got down on one knee and proposed. Obviously, I said yes and that huge grin returned.

I'm so happy that you are all going to celebrate our love on September 28th! Can't wait! ❤️🤓🥰
