Due to the capacity of our venue only those that have been named on the invitation may attend.

We hope that you would be present and enjoy an unplugged ceremony. We will have a professional photographer at the ceremony to capture photos. During the reception we will have an app setup at each table with a QR code that will allow you to upload photos to our site.

We are having a cash bar, and we have been told that they can do tabs.

We are not registered anywhere. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. Should you wish to honour us with a gift, a contribution towards our future together would be sincerely appreciated.

Please reach out to us if you have a specific dietary restriction so that we may reach out to the venue to see what kind of accommodation they are willing to do

shorts.....just kidding.... please do dress comfortable but classy as well.

Just bring yourself. Because it will be September in Calgary please make sure to bring both warmer and cooler clothing as the ceremony is outside and we never know what weather we will get at that time of year.

Please RSVP on this website by selecting the RSVP tab and then searching for your name. During this you will make the selection of a main course for dinner for you and each person named in your group.

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can continue planning our event. We ask that you RSVP no later than May 10.

On the travel tab we have suggested a few hotels near the venue where we have codes that will give you discounted rates.

The venue is a golf course with ample free parking on site. They are also allowing us to leave vehicles overnight in the parking lot so that there is no drinking and driving.

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception is indoors.

There will be approximately a 1 hour time gap between ceremony and reception for turnover of the site. At this time we will still have access to the ceremony patio as well as the clubhouse bar.
