Think 007 Bond vibes.
We kindly ask for males to wear black tie and females to dress to impress in the colour black.
Little additional note for you males - just a simple black suit and your choice of a regular black tie or bow tie is all that is asked. Top hat and tails is not required.
We promise this is a wedding and not a funeral (although Connie will ever so slightly be mourning the loss of the Lance family name).
We can’t wait to see how well you all scrub up!
Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift for us, but should you still wish to gift us something, then we'd greatly appreciate a contribution towards our honeymoon which we can not wait to plan very soon!
In the new wonderful world of online banking, we'd be grateful if this could be gifted electronically (so Sam can't spend a penny of it on another pair of shoes).
Our honeymoon fund account details:
Miss Connie Lance

(Please note: this is a different account to Connie's normal banking account)
We can not thank you enough in advance for helping us get on our way to our dream African safari honeymoon x
Please feel free to give Connie a call or send a text on - 07950222650
On the wedding day, Sam’s Best Man, Tom and Connie’s Bridesmaid, Rachel will happily be on hand to help with any last minute questions.

We kindly ask for you to avoid, if possible, contacting us directly on the morning of our wedding as we’d have probably misplaced our phones before 7am.
Chapel House Estate is both an indoor and outdoor venue.
If the weather is kind to us, our ceremony and drinks reception will be held outside in the stunning Wild Apple Orchard and Courtyard.
The wedding breakfast and party will follow and will be held indoors within the wonderful Thorne Barn.
Please do not worry however, we do have a wet weather plan! We are extremely lucky to have a just as beautiful indoor ceremony area where this part of the day can be held if necessary. We won’t be asking you to sit in the rain, don’t you worry!
We would recommend anyone wishing to wear a heeled shoe opts for a slightly chunky heel to avoid sinking into the grass or unsteadily wobbling over the cobbled drive.
We would hate for you to ruin any of your beautiful shoes on our behalf, however I’m sure many people would enjoy the entertainment!
Please see the Home page or Order of the Day page of this website where all timings of the day, including when you should arrive, have been outlined.
Please see the Travel page as well as Arriving to the Wedding Venue page of this website for all information regarding travelling to and from the venue, as well as parking.
Absolutely! Please take lots AND LOTS of photos and videos of you celebrating our special day with us (and hopefully the wonderful time you have!).
We however kindly ask for you not to take any photos or videos during our ceremony, as we’d really love for you all to be present and enjoy this intimate part of the day with us. We’re going to leave this one in the capable hands of Dan, our incredible photographer and Mia, our amazing videographer.
After the party is over and we are in the depths of the wedding blues, we’d love it if you could share your photos on our Google Drive so we can relive the day over and over again.
