The ceremony and reception will be held at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa. It is an all-inclusive resort with luxury amenities, unlimited dining, beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), activities, and entertainment.

Please follow these steps to RSVP and book your hotel accommodations:

Please submit your RSVP through the link above. If you are staying at the Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort, follow the steps below to book your travel:

2. Place Your Deposit & Book Accommodations

Click the link below to select the days you will staying at the resort and place your hotel stay deposit. Do this as soon as possible to lock in your room rate to get the best price possible! The deposit is $150 per person and will be applied to the cost of your stay. Your stay will not be confirmed until the deposit has been submitted.

Hotel Accommodations

By using the link above, you will be able to use the discounted group rate and ensure that you are booking for the correct dates. Our guests will receive upgraded inclusions and hotel credits, but ONLY when booking through the provided link.

There are payment plans available! All final payments must be made by January 29th, 2024.

If you find a better rate on another site, they have a price match option that allows you to match a deal within 24 hours after booking your stay.

Do not book directly on the hotel website. You will not receive the group rate or bonus guest inclusions.

4. Flights? Passports?

It is recommended to have a valid passport with an expiration date of at least two months after your planned trip. Passport services have been taking longer than expected (~6 months), so try to do this as early as possible!

For flights, the nearest airport is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).

Group Booking Information:

- Please make your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee your room.

- Reservations can be held with a non-refundable deposit of $150/person. This will apply to the cost of your stay.

- All payments must be received by January 29, 2024. Payment plans are available.
