All guests need to RVSP by 5/22/24. This is to ensure your seat at the wedding reception and for the catering team to determine how much food is needed.

Traditionally with Chinese weddings it brings the couple good luck if our guests wear the color red or a hint of red in your semi-formal attire. Red is a symbol of happiness, good luck, and a prosperous future. If red is not your color, then blue is another good color option.

Unfortunately, there will not be a shuttle to the venue. We highly suggest that you carpool if possible. If you want to take a taxi, Uber or Lyft please book a round trip ride in advance as the wedding venue is remote. If you choose to drive there will be ample parking on the venue that can fit approximately 80 cars.

There will be a welcome reception taking place at 4:30 pm. Please allow yourself ample time to get the venue as the ceremony will begin promptly at five o'clock.

The weather will be in the mid 70s in late June, however the venue is nestled in the foothills of the North Cascade Mountain range so it can get chilly at night. I would bring a light jacket to stay comfortable later on in the night.

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors at the same location.

Yes of course! But please refrain from taking pictures on your phone during the ceremony as it will be an unplugged ceremony. We would like for our photographer and videographer to not have any obstructions while they work.
