It all started with a little harmless swiping on a dating app back in December of 2018. Corey was having dinner with his Mom one evening and decided to try his luck swiping profiles in his Mom's area (after all he was very particular with a 30 mile radius) and Krystal showed up for the first time with the kind of pictures that Corey liked - a paddle boarding picture, cute doggy pics and a bikini picture. Of course, Corey swiped "yes please" and the conversation took off from there.

Krystal was casually swiping on Bumble when she came across Corey . Corey had some fun adventurous pictures of wake boarding, boating and a cute professional picture in work attire. Krystal thought to herself “ok, ok…. this guy has my attention, cute and adventurous…. I’ll see what this guy is all about”. We started texting on the app and connected instantly. Corey made sure he kept the heat on and insisted that they move their messaging from the app to the phone – pronto. After all, his goal was to keep the pressure on so that he could meet her in person and lock her in! Within a few days they had their first date on December 16th, 2018. The picture above is their first picture together.

We are pretty sure that if Corey wasn't on his dating app that night at his Mom's, we would have never met.

Corey was still not fully on board with a long term gig until February 2019 when they became exclusive. Meanwhile, Krystal just got a career changing opportunity and Corey thought, well what better way to celebrate a new job and a new relationship than a trip to Maui (Krystal’s first trip there ever). It was amazing!

With lots of family and friend adventures, traveling non-stop to tropical destinations and mountain resorts, spending endless nights under the stars at the lake.... Corey finally proposed in Hawaii on November 11th, 2022.

To this day, their motto is to work hard and play harder and we do just that!
