Are Kids Allowed?
As much as we love all your kids, this will be an adult only wedding festivity weekend.
We suggest contacting this childcare service during the wedding festivities. They will come to the hotel or wherever you select to watch your kids during the events.
They offer a group rate, so if we can get all the kids together to play during these times, it will help lower the costs.

When should I book my tickets and car rental?
Please watch flight and car rentals.
The sooner you book your flight, the better.
The best place to rent a car is from Costco Travel. They usually have the best rates 3-4 months in advance. Note that cancellation is free with Costco travel so its advised to check back regularly to see if prices have gone down. If they have gone down, rebook at the the lower rate.
How long should we stay?
We recommend you fly in on Thursday, April 18th and stay until at least Sunday, the 21st.
If you can make a vacation out of it, we will be staying the week after the ceremony and would love if you could stay in the area and join us for some fun adventures, food and activities.
Where should we stay if we are not staying at the wedding hotel?
We recommend you in the Waikoloa area. There are many hotels and restaurants in that area and it is 15 minutes from the venue.
For reference, Kona is about 45 minutes from the wedding venue.
