Due to limited capacity at the ceremony venue, we are only able to invite a select group of loved ones to witness our vows.

Which airport should I fly into?
Glacier Park International Airport- Kalispell (~70 miles, 1 hr. 15 min. drive to Condon, MT) or Missoula Montana Airport (~85 miles, 1 hr. 30 min. drive)
What should I wear?
The ceremony and reception are outdoors. We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. A collared shirt with jeans/khakis/slacks, sundresses, day cocktail attire, etc. are all appropriate.
Is a rental car necessary?
Yes. Although transportation is provided on the wedding day, there are no Ubers or taxis available to transport guests from the airports to their accommodations.
Will there be transportation on the wedding day?
Yes. For those who elect to use wedding day transportation, there will be 2 school buses transporting guests from the designated pick-up locations in Condon and Seeley Lake. Guests will be transported to the ceremony venue (Lindbergh Lake), from the ceremony to the reception venue (Hungry Bear Bar and Grill), and back to their respective drop-off locations. Please contact Keegan to make sure we can accommodate you.
Those who don't use the transportation are encouraged to carpool as there is limited parking at all venue locations.
Wedding Day Transportation Schedule:
Seeley Lake Shuttle Bus Pick-Up:
12:30 - Cory's Valley Market, 3002 MT-83, Seeley Lake, MT
12:45 - Base Camp, 3363 MT-83, Seeley Lake, MT
1:30 - Arrive at ceremony
Condon Shuttle Bus Pick-Up:
12:20 - Mission Mountain Mercantile, 7217 MT-83, Condon, MT
12:40 - Falls Creek Guest Ranch, 2088 Kauffman Rd, Condon, MT
1:00 - Swan Valley Centre, 6799 MT-83, Condon, MT
1:30 - Arrive at ceremony
2:45 - Buses transport guests who elect to use the shuttle service from the ceremony to the reception
6:00-10:00 - Shuttles will depart the reception every hour on the hour beginning at 6:00 to drop off guests at their convenience
Will there be cell phone service or wifi available?
There is limited cell service in the Seeley-Swan valley. Wi-Fi is available at some lodging locations but is not available at Falls Creek Guest Ranch. Please check your Vrbo listing for more details.
Are there hotels available in the nearby area?
Base Camp in Seeley Lake, MT is the only hotel in the nearby area. There are 12 rooms at this hotel (only 9 available as of 1/28/25!) Check our "Travel" page on our website for more information on this hotel. If you want to take advantage of the wedding day free transportation and stay nearby, we highly recommend booking an Airbnb or Vrbo in Condon or Seeley Lake, or booking one of the 6 blocked out cabins at Falls Creek Guest Ranch.
Can I drive my own vehicle to the ceremony and reception?
Those who choose to drive themselves are encouraged to carpool as parking is limited at both locations.
Food and drink details?
We will have a taco bar and sides at the reception. There will also be an open bar.
