I can still remember the day we met like it was yesterday. It was a Saturday April 3,2021 in Sherwood Arkansas. A friend and I were taking a concealed carry class at Arkansas Armory. I was sitting in the front row right by the door. I did not know what to expect that day, but little did I know, I was going to meet the man that I would spend the rest of my life with. I remember when Justin walked in and I saw him for the first time. My heart skipped a beat and something inside me said "Oh, there you are!". Class was fun, and Justin is an amazing instructor. After I got home from class I "Facebook stalked" him, as he likes to say. I sent him a message on Facebook thanking him for a fun and informative class. It was downhill from there . We started talking everyday, getting to know each other. After a few months we finally made plans to meet again in person. Months went by with us being together on our days off and weekends. Then I had an accident at work and had to go to the hospital. I could barely get the words out of what happened, when Justin asked "which one" I was going to. This amazing man beat me to there. He sat with me and comforted me while I was getting treated. That was the day I fell in love with him. He was by my side throughout the healing process and would get on me about being a stubborn patient and doing things I shouldn't have. While recovering, I asked him to go on an "adventure". You know, just drive and see what's out there. That sparked his new found love of the outdoors. We finally made our relationship "Official" in August of 2021. Since then we have both grown in our careers, as a person and as a couple. We share a love of the outdoors, with camping, hiking, kayaking and paddle board. We love our families and each other immensely, and cherish the time we spend with them. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for us, and no matter what, we know it will be beautiful.
