We recommend flying into the San Antonio International Airport.

There are plenty of hotels and places to stay between San Antonio, New Braunfels (where the venue is) and Austin Texas. We will be providing information about discounted rate for a hotel block for the wedding if you are interested.

June in New Braunfels is typically warm, with average temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to high 90s (°F). It’s a good idea to dress in light, breathable fabrics, and bring sun protection if you plan to explore the area.

We’d love for our guests to dress in a style that feels summer formal with a touch of garden party elegance. Think light fabrics, soft colors, and stylish comfort that suits an outdoor celebration! Think breezy dresses, light suits, and polished but comfortable attire! For the dress code, we kindly request no jeans or tennis shoes.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to get seated and settled. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate moment to enter.

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. Please check the weather forecast and plan accordingly, as the Texas heat can be quite intense. We will have individual hand-held paper fans and water available for all our guests.

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration an adults-only event, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, free self-parking is available next to the venue. For our guests who are not physically able to walk long distances, there will be designated covered drop-off area in front of the main building. We encourage carpooling or ride-sharing to make it easier for everyone.

We’d love for you to be fully present, so we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We’ll share beautiful professional photos afterward, so you can focus on the moment with us! There will also be a QR-accessible digital album which guests will be able to contribute to during the entire night following the ceremony!

We’re excited to offer an amazing BBQ buffet full of the couple’s favorite southern dishes. We will have options for vegetarians and other dietary needs per RSVP request. For beverages, there will be unsweetened/sweet tea and water available. We’re also excited to offer a soda bar at our wedding, complete with a variety of syrups and fun add-ins! Customize your own refreshing drink, from classic sodas to creative mocktails—perfect for celebrating with us!

Your presence is the greatest gift! If you’d like to contribute to our future together, we have our registries set up at Target, Amazon, or we have a honeymoon/experience fund which you can give to as well!

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invitation and when you RSVP.

New Braunfels is full of fun activities! We recommend exploring nearby Gruene for live music, great food, and local shopping. San Antonio is only a short 30 minute drive away will an amazing amount of tourist attractions, amazing food, shopping, and scenery. See our “Things to Do” section for more suggestions.
